سياسة الخصوصية

لومي ألعاب للأطفال الصغار مع النمر الأبيض لومي، على موقع lumitiger.com وفي تطبيقات لومي. تديرها شركة AXM Works LLC. لا نطلب حساباً، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع أي بيانات، ولا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية عن الأطفال.

الأطفال

لا نسأل الطفل عن اسمه أو صورته أو بريده أو موقعه أو رقم هاتفه، ولا توجد محادثة أو مشاركة مع أشخاص آخرين أو روابط لمواقع أخرى. داخل اللعبة، كل ما يخصّ الوالدين (النادي وروابط هذه الصفحات) خلف سؤال حسابي للكبار.

الميكروفون (لعبة تكلّم مع لومي)

يُستخدم الميكروفون فقط وأنت داخل لعبة «تكلّم مع لومي»، ليعيد لومي كلام الطفل بصوت مضحك. الصوت يبقى على الجهاز: لا يُحفظ ولا يُسجَّل على خوادمنا ولا يُرسل إلى أي جهة. يمكنك رفض إذن الميكروفون وتعمل بقية الألعاب كما هي.

ما يبقى على الجهاز فقط

العملات والملصقات وتشغيل الموسيقى أو إيقافها، ووقت التجربة اليومي، ورمز العائلة إن اشتريت النادي، ونسخة من اللعبة للعب دون إنترنت. تُحفظ في ذاكرة المتصفح أو التطبيق على جهازك ولا تصل إلينا. حذف بيانات الموقع أو التطبيق من الجهاز يمحوها كلها.

عدّاد مجهول

عند فتح اللعبة يخبر الجهاز خادمنا بأشياء عامة فقط: هل هذا أول فتح اليوم، هل هي أول زيارة أو عودة من الأمس، كم ثانية لُعبت، أي لعبة فُتحت، ولحظات مثل «فُتحت صفحة النادي». يضيف الخادم اسم الدولة إلى عدد يومي. لا نحفظ أي معرّف للجهاز أو الشخص، ولا عنوان IP، ولا نوع الجهاز، ولا يمكن ربط هذه الأرقام بأي طفل أو أسرة.

إحصاءات الزيارات (الموقع فقط)

على موقع lumitiger.com نستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics لعدّ الزيارات دون ملفات تعريف ارتباط ودون تتبّع شخصي. داخل تطبيقات لومي هذه الإحصاءات مغلقة، ولا يُرسل التطبيق أي طلب إلى غير lumitiger.com.

الشراء

لا يوجد أي شراء داخل تطبيقات لومي.

الشراء (الموقع فقط)

نادي لومي يُشترى من الموقع فقط، عبر صفحة دفع Stripe باسم AXM Works. يكتب الوالد بريده وبطاقته في صفحة Stripe ولا نراها نحن. نحفظ فقط رمز العائلة وتاريخ انتهاء النادي ومرجع الدفع (لتفعيل المدة مرة واحدة ولمعالجة الاسترداد). تنطبق سياسة خصوصية Stripe على ما يجمعه هو. لا يوجد أي شراء داخل تطبيقات لومي.

الخدمات التي نستخدمها

Cloudflare لاستضافة الموقع والعدّاد وسجلّ رموز العائلة، و Stripe للدفع على الموقع. لا نستخدم أدوات إعلانات أو تتبّع من أي جهة.

الحذف والتواصل

لحذف سجلّ رمز عائلتك أو لأي سؤال عن الخصوصية اكتب إلينا مع الرمز: contact@axmworks.com. سنرد ونحذف خلال 30 يوماً. إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة نحدّث التاريخ أعلاه.

Privacy Policy

Lumi is a set of games for young children with Lumi the white tiger, on lumitiger.com and in the Lumi apps, run by AXM Works LLC. There are no accounts and no ads, we sell no data, and we collect no personal information from children.

Children

We never ask a child for a name, photo, email, location or phone number. There is no chat, no sharing with other people and no link to other sites. Inside the game, everything meant for parents (the club and the links to these pages) sits behind a grown-up maths check.

Microphone (the Talk with Lumi game)

The microphone is used only while the "Talk with Lumi" game is open, so Lumi can repeat what the child says in a funny voice. The sound stays on the device: it is never recorded on our servers, stored or sent anywhere. You can say no to the microphone and every other game works the same.

Kept on the device only

Coins, stickers, music on/off, the daily try-out time, the family code if you bought the club, and a copy of the game for playing offline. They live in the browser's or the app's storage on your device and never reach us. Clearing the site's or the app's data on the device removes all of it.

An anonymous counter

When the game opens, the device tells our server only general things: whether this is the first open today, whether it is a first visit or a return from yesterday, how many seconds were played, which game was opened, and moments such as "the club page was opened". The server adds the country to a daily total. We keep no device or personal identifier, no IP address and no device details, and these numbers cannot be linked to any child or family.

Visit statistics (website only)

On lumitiger.com we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits without cookies and without personal tracking. Inside the Lumi apps this is switched off, and the app sends no request to anywhere other than lumitiger.com.

Purchases

There are no purchases inside the Lumi apps.

Purchases (website only)

The Lumi Club is sold on the website only, through a Stripe payment page in the name of AXM Works. A parent types their email and card on Stripe's page; we never see them. We keep only the family code, the club's end date and the payment reference (to grant the days exactly once and to handle refunds). Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe collects. There are no purchases inside the Lumi apps.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts the site, the counter and the family-code records; Stripe takes payments on the website. We use no advertising or tracking tools from anyone.

Deletion and contact

To delete your family-code record, or for any privacy question, write to us with the code: contact@axmworks.com. We answer and delete within 30 days. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
