Help and contact
Lumi does not hear my child
- Allow the microphone when the browser or app asks. If you said no before, open the site's or the app's settings on your device and allow the microphone.
- Come close to the device, speak clearly, then pause: Lumi repeats after you stop talking.
- On the website the address must be https://lumitiger.com (the microphone does not work without https).
No sound
Turn the volume up, and on an iPhone switch off silent mode. The speaker button on the home screen turns the music on or off.
Playing offline
After the game is opened once online, a copy is kept on the device and the games work without a connection.
Lumi Club (website)
- Pay once for 30, 90 or 365 days: no subscription, never renews by itself.
- After paying you get a family code (like ABCD-EFGH). On any other device, tap the crown button, then "I have a family code", and type the code to open every game.
- Buying again on the same device adds the days to the end of your current pass.
- If you paid and the games did not open, or a payment went wrong, write to us with the payment email and we will fix it or refund it.
The Lumi apps
Every game is open in the Lumi apps, with no ads and no purchases inside the app.
